I have been very fortunate in my life and every St. Patrick's Day I am reminded of how lucky I truly am!
Before I post my entire list of things that make me lucky, I want to give a little extra attention on these guys...they are my student staff from St. Olaf and they remind me daily how lucky I am to love my job.
Last night, we celebrated how much fun we have together in honor of one of my favorite holidays of the year.
Thank goodness for St. Patrick's Day! Just as you think you can't take the cold and snow anymore, we get to spend a whole day (well, if you're me, it's more like a week) celebrating our good fortune. So, I made my favorite chocolate-pistachio cake, we ordered pizza and we made some St. Pattys Day crafts! :) Oh, and we dressed up for the occasion!
